Abstract
Antigens were prepared from Mycoplasma gallisepticum in the logarithmic phase of growth and were treated with 2, 5, and 10% Formalin by slow diffusion through a dialysis sac. Chicken erythrocytes were similarly treated with 20% Formalin. Formalin-treated antigens hemagglutinated fresh and formalinized chicken erythrocytes. The antigens retained this hemagglutinating ability over an extended period. Keywords
