Abstract
A case of polyposis of the duodenum and large intestine associated with pigmentation of the palate in a 13 year old colored girl is presented. The outstanding symptoms were rectal bleeding and anemia. The 47 cases of this syndrome reported so far are reviewed and the pertinent manifestations presented in tabular form. Malignant degeneration of the polyps is noted in about 15% of all cases. Keywords
