Abstract
A Fortran language program suitable for use in computer processing of 2-antibody radlolmmunoassay data has been developed. Radioisotope counts transferred to punch-cards are automatically converted to a semilog plot of standard values from which assay values are derived and "printed out" as mlcrounits of insulin and/or milli-micrograms of growth hormone per millillter of serum or plasma.
