Abstract
When patients who have spinal cord injuries perform the Crede maneuver, the bladder neck tends to close. We suggest that these patients watch a video monitor during transrectal sonography and learn to tap the bladder appropriately, which allows voiding to occur with little increase in bladder pressure. Keywords
