Abstract
Avulsion of the triceps tendon with fractures of the olecranon have been described in the literature. This injury is frequently misdiagnosed or over looked. Bilateral avulsions are extremely rare. A case of bilateral avulsions of the triceps tendon insertion caused by a skiing mishap was seen in a patient with osteogenesis imperfecta tarda. Keywords
