Surgery for anomalous origin of the right coronary artery.

Abstract
In a young man presenting with an episode of syncope and ventricular tachycardia but with no chest pain the right coronary artery was found to originate from the left aortic sinus of Valsalva. After a coronary artery bypass graft he was able to return to full activity.Keywords
