Abstract
The R. Q. is influenced by the amt. of food eaten as well as by the composition of the diet. The non-protein R. Q. of the diet was determined on 6 mice. Two others were fed over a period of 3 and 6 weeks and the quantity of food plotted against the non-protein R. Q. The relationship was linear.Keywords
