Abstract
Based on the concept of knowledge service, portal and Web2.0, scientific and technological knowledge portal (STKP) is suggested and developed to solve the problems of scientific and technological information service platforms. STKP integrates the existing scientific and technological knowledge resources, provides personalized service to all kinds of users by uniform interface, enhances the quality of information service. In this paper, STKP is presented, its service architecture and functional architecture are described. A model of knowledge service is suggested to implement the idea of knowledge service oriented. STKP is an attempt about the construction of information service platforms, which can be helpful to the development of such platforms.Keywords
