Abstract
Traction diverticula of the esophagus are usually caused by tuberculosis and are generally considered clinically insignificant although ulceration, perforation, mediastinitis, gangrene of the lung, esophagobroncho-tracheal fistulae and non-fatal hemorrhage have occurred. A case of traction diverticulum complicated by fatal hemorrhage is reported.Keywords
