Abstract
Revision of the Albian (Cretaceous) ammonite faunas of Le Havre region, France, and stratigraphic comparison of the ammonite zones and subzones with those in sections in adjacent regions show that during the middle and upper Albian and the Vraconian, marine transgressions in Normandy were contemporaneous with emergence in the Boulogne region, and vice versa.
