Abstract
In the present paper a theory has been developed for balanced factorials in varying replications and varying block sizes. We have introduced the structural property (A∗) as a generalization of property (A) of Kurkjian and Zelen (1962, 1963). Designs possessing property (A∗) have simple and straight-forward analysis. It has been shown that the balanced factorial experiments satisfy the property (A∗). The pattern of for two factor nonorthogonal experiments having factorial structure has been studied. Keywords
