Abstract
To our knowledge we report the first case of prenatally diagnosed bilateral neonatal torsion of the spermatic cord. Prenatal ultrasound revealed bilateral hydroceles surrounded by a second fluid layer bilaterally and bilateral inhomogeneous testicles.Keywords
