Abstract

Three cases of cavitating pulmonary metastasis in children are reported. A review of the literature produced only 79 published cases; only 1 of the patients previously described was a child.⁷ The histolgic appearance of the primary tumors, the roentgen aspects, and the pathogenesis are reviewed.
