RUPTURE OF ABDOMINAL AORTA INTO DUODENUM (THROUGH A SINUS TRACT CREATED BY A TUBERCULOUS MESENTERIC LYMPHADENITIS)

Abstract
A case report. Autopsy revealed that a large mass of caseous lymph glands had apparently eroded the abdominal aorta and formed a small opening through which the circulation burrowed slowly, forming a sinus tract which led to the 3d portion of the duodenum through which it ruptured, leading to several hemorrhages. A careful search of the literature did not reveal a counterpart of this case.
