Abstract
This paper describes the use of a field research method called group feedback analysis (GFA) applied in two British companies. The study used two phases of questionnaire administration separated by over 12 months. Three majorfunctions of GFA are elaborated and analyzed with examples based, in part, on tape-recorded sessions: (1) validation of the results; (2) producing a deeper understanding of the data; and (3) providing an opportunity for mutual learning. Keywords
