Dihydroxyadenine Urolithiasis in Children with Partial Deficiency of Adenine Phosphoribosyltransferase

Abstract
Urolithiasis composed of 2,8-dihydroxyadenine is not only formed in a complete defect of adenine phosphoribosyltransferase, but also in a partial deficiency of this enzyme. Apparently, these cases are the 3rd and 4th cases of dihydroxyadenine urinary calculi in patients with partial deficiency of adenine phosphoribosyltransferase.
