The relationship between myocardial blood flow and bradycardia in man

Abstract
Myocardial blood flow was measured in patients with chronic complete heart block at each patient's idioventricular rate and at a paced rate of 80 and 100/min. Myocardial flow was found to be positively related to the increase in heart rate and a possible mechanism for this is suggested.
