Abstract
This paper deals with wideband power amplifier modeling taking into account HF memory effects. Our goal is to improve amplifier models used in a digital simulation in order to simulate IIS and amplifier frequency dependence behavior. We propose two new models. Their advantages and drawbacks are described in this paper. Keywords
