Le syndrome de Richter

Abstract
On the basis of 4 personal observations and a review of the literature the authors undertake an analysis of Richter’s syndrome. Sometimes chronic lymphoid leukemia (CLL) and malignant reticulopathy (MR) are discovered simultaneously; sometimes MR is diagnosed after one or more years of development of a known CLL. In the latter case, the appearance of the MR may be accompanied by persisting signs of the CLL, by their regression disappearance. These differing situations probably have different meanings
