Abstract
Serum LDH [Lactic dehydrogenase] levels significantly increased in non-Hodgkin-lymphoma (NHL) patients, both histiocytic and lymphocytic. Duration of NHL survival negatively correlated with serum LDH level; statistical analysis revealed that patients with lower LDH levels have longer survival rate than patients with higher LDH activity, irrespective of histologic classification. Results analysis by the Test for Trend in Prognosis established that correlation survival rate and LDH levels was independent from other clinical parameters. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
