Abstract
Various amines and alcohols are converted into the corresponding phosphamides by the action of optically active diazacyclophosphamidic chlorides and absolute configurations of amines and alcohols are readily determined by proton and phosphorus NMR of the cyclophosphamides that are formed.Keywords
