Abstract
Two new genera and 3 n. spp. of fungi are based on collections from California. PARKSIA, based on P. libocedri, is placed in the Tryblidia-ceae because of the dark, fleshy, exciple and stellate opening. CAMAROPYCNIS is based on C. libocedri, which occurred on the same branchlets as P. libocedri and possessed similar mycelial characters, suggesting the possibility that the 2 may possibly be stages in the life history of a single species. Also described is Tryblidiella macrospora Bonar and Cash.
