Abstract
A rapid method of measuring the dielectric parameters of liquids and solutions in the frequency range 250 to 900 Mc/s is described. The method adopted is a variation of the one due to Roberts and von Hippel, but involves far less mathematical labour. Permittivities may be measured to an accuracy of ±2% and loss tangents to ± 1 × 10-3 or ±5% (whichever is the greater). Keywords
