Abstract
Bioassays during 1969–71 demonstrated that Trialeurodes abutilonea (Haldeman) had developed up to 78× resistance to methyl parathion in certain areas of Louisiana. Levels of resistance were highest in populations from areas where growers were experiencing the greatest difficulty in controlling this insect. Although low levels of resistance (6×) to monocrotophos were demonstrated in laboratory tests, it was still effective for control of bandedwing whiteflies in the field. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
