Abstract
Issued this winter by the National Commission on the Reform of Secondary Education, the written Report had immediate publicity in the national media which has now tapered off to very few words. Now that he has had the opportunity to reflect upon the Report's contents, the author gives us his thoughtful reflections about many of the recommendations.
