Abstract
Starting with Minkowski's theory, the constitutive relation for a moving anisotropic medium is first derived and then the problem of radiation due to an arbitrary time‐harmonic source is formulated through an operational method. In particular, the field solution of an electric dipole in a moving, uniaxial, anisotropic medium is obtained. Keywords
