Abstract
Es wird ein schnelles fluorimetrisches Verfahren zum Nachweis von Chlortetracyclin, Oxytetracyclin und Tetracyclin im Muskel- und Nierengewebe des Schweines beschrieben. Die Methode umfaßt eine Extraktion mit Essigester, Reinigung und Konzentration des Extraktes mit aromatischen Sulfonsdure-Kationenaustauscher-Kartuschen und den Nachweis durch Fluorescenzmessung. Sie ermöglicht den Nachweis von 0,05 mg/kg Oxytetracyclin, 0,1 mg/kg Chlortetracyclin oder 0,2 mg/kg Tetracyclin. A rapid fluorimetric screening method for chlortetracycline, oxytetracycline and tetracycline in pig meat and kidney tissues is described. After sonication-aided extraction with ethyl acetate, the extract is cleaned and concentrated by means of solid-phase extraction using an aromatic sulphonic acid cation-exchange column. Subsequent screening is carried out by fluorimetry. The detection level is estimated to be about 0.05 mg kg−1 for oxytetracycline, 0.1 mg kg−1 for chlortetracycline and 0.2 mg kg−1 for tetracycline.Keywords
