Abstract
Two aminoglycoside antibiotics active against gram-positive and -negative bacteria, P-2563(P) (1) and P-2563(A) (2) were isolated from a culture broth of P. fluorescence P-2563. It was found that 1 (C15H31N3O9) and 2 (C14H29N3O9) are acylaminoglycosides having the same new aminopolyol structure in their molecules. Both antibiotics showed low orders of acute toxicity in mice. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
