Abstract
1. When given intravenously to 4 species, the soybean trypsin inhibitor, in doses up to 0.5 g/kg, was devoid of any apparent toxic or anaphylactic effect. In the monkey, it was noted that the material caused a prolongation of the plasma coagulation time. Keywords
