Abstract
Intratracheal delivery of aerosolized monoclonal antibodies with specificity for Yersinia pestis LcrV and F1 antigens protected mice in a model of pneumonic plague. These data support the utility of inhaled antibodies as a fast-acting postexposure treatment for plague. Keywords
