Abstract
The number and function (clot retraction) of platelets in blood stored at 4°C. for three weeks in plastic bags and in untreated and siliconed glass containers were determined using EDTA and acid-citrate dextrose (ACD) as anticoagulants. No essential differences were found.Keywords
