Abstract
A set of measurements of the thermal diffusion factor of the gaseous binary mixtures Kr–Xe, Ar–Xe, Ar–Kr, Ne–Kr, Ne–Ar, He–Kr, and He–Xe at ?=340.±5.K are presented. The measurement apparatus is a concentric‐tube type thermal diffusion column, calibrated in a previous work with mixtures of He–Ar. It is shown that with the α T measurement method used, one obtains relative α T values that fit the Laranjeira criterion and are consistent with the most reliable literature values. Keywords
