Abstract
Experimental steady state separation data obtained in a concentric tube type Clusius–Dickel column for seven He–Ar mixtures, five Ne–Xe mixtures, and the isotopic natural Ne mixture at ?=340±5 K are presented. The results show that thermogravitational columns are able to furnish correct values for the thermal diffusion factors of the mixtures examined when any one of them is used as a calibration mixture. Keywords
