Abstract
A new electrophoretically silent, unstable Hb was discovered in a Japanese family. Isolation of the abnormal chain and chemical analyses demonstrated a previously unreported amino acid substitution, .alpha.59[E8] Gly .fwdarw. Val. The new variant was named Hb Tottori. This publication has 18 references indexed in Scilit:
