Abstract
The electrical conductivity of single‐crystal Al2O3 and chromium‐doped Al2O3 was measured in the temperature range of 1000°—1600°C. The measurements were made with the sample in air and in helium. The effects of the atmosphere on the measurements are discussed in detail. Keywords
