Abstract
We present third-sound velocity measurements in layered mixture films. The analysis of our data, with use of independent superfluid mass measurements by torsional-oscillator techniques, constitutes a direct check of the validity of the hydrodynamic relations in layered films, and provides some information on the interfacial region between the superfluid and normal phases. Keywords
