Abstract
Presentation of CaseA 27-year-old registered nurse was admitted to the hospital because of a question of hepatitis. She was born with a nevus on the scalp. Twelve years before admission the lesion was excised, but eight years later it recurred, darkened and enlarged. An excisional biopsy disclosed a malignant melanoma. Multiple recurrences were treated by bilateral radical neck dissections and excision of nodules in the left breast, the left mastoid region and the abdomen. Eight months before admission treatment with transfer factor was initiated. Six months before entry scarification* treatment with BCG was begun, followed by intralesional injections.
