Abstract
The development of a data base on semi‐rigid steel beam‐to‐column connections at Purdue University using collected experimental test data is described. To build‐up this data base systematically, the Steel Connection Data Bank Program (SCDB) is developed. Using the system of tabulation and plotting in the SCDB program, the moment‐rotation characteristics of each connection type are made available, and the appropriate connection models are also given in the program. Keywords
