Abstract
Monte Carlo simulations are presented for one-dimensional self-avoiding Levy flights. They are in perfect agreement with the predictions of Flory theory. Some field-theoretic predictions are also verified, although much less clearly. In particular, epsilon expansions are available but their range of applicability seems to be small. Keywords
