Pion production in high-energy collisions

Abstract
It is noted that the pion production by 200- and 300-GeV/c protons is in agreement with the prediction of an empirical formula, which is generally applicable to high-energy proton-light-nucleus collisions as well as to proton-proton collisions.Keywords
