Abstract
The reaction has been observed for the first time in the energy region from threshold to 5 MeV. Total neutron-production cross sections measured with good resolution are given. The reaction threshold is determined to be 3743 ± 6 keV. High-resolution total neutron cross sections are also given for the reaction from threshold to 4 MeV.
