Abstract
All-optical Boolean XOR is demonstrated on a 20 Gb/s pseudodata pattern using a semiconductor optical amplifier-based ultrafast nonlinear interferometer (UNI) switch. Bit pattern switching with low-pattern dependence and low switching energies is achieved.Keywords
