Abstract
The biological effects of panfuran-troche containing acetylfuratrizine were investigated. .lambda. phages were induced from both Escherichia coli W3110(.lambda.) and W3110(.lambda.inds). Radiosensitive mutants, E. coli NG30 and Hs30R were more sensitive for killing than the wild-type, H/r30R, to this medicine. Revertants (argF- .fwdarw. argF+) were detected in both H/r30R and Hs30R(uvrA-), but in NG30(recA-). The mutation frequency was more significant in Hs30R in comparison with that of H/r30R.
