Abstract
Activities of 3 anaplerotic enzymes, pyruvate carboxylase (EC 6.4.1.1), phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase (EC 4.1.1.31) and isocitrate lyase (EC 4.1.3.1), and of acetyl-CoA carboxylase (EC 6.4.1.2) and malic enzyme (EC 1.1.1.38) are compared in B. megaterium NCIB7581 grown with and without biotin.Keywords
