Abstract
The leaf oils of three major commercial varieties of sweet orange growing in Israel were investigated using GC/MS. The study revealed that all three varieties belong to the same chemical type. Each of the forty-five identified constituents was found in the three essential oils examined. Major components were found to be sabinene (15.81–32.58%), linalool (5.13–20.92%), and γ-terpinene (7.41–10.50%).Keywords
