Abstract
Lesions of Cowper's glands in children are relatively uncommon. They may be totally asymptomatic or may cause mild irritative or obstructive voiding symptoms. We describe 4 cases to illustrate the varied manifestations of these lesions in children. A plan of treatment is suggested, which is based on the different anatomical presentations encountered. Keywords
