Abstract
Cyclosporin has been used in the treatment of aplastic anemia, often in combination with other drugs, making it difficult to make a clear distinction between the effects of cyclosporin and those of other treatments. This report demonstrates a clear response of a patient with aplastic anemia to single drug cyclosporin therapy. Keywords
