Abstract
States in have been studied by 180° inelastic electron scattering with incident energies of 39 and 56 MeV. A large scattering peak is found at each bombarding energy, showing excitation of a , state at 11.2 MeV, with transition radius fm and radiation width eV. Other levels from 11 to 19 MeV are also excited.
