Abstract
PRESENTATION OF CASE First admission. A 17-year-old girl was referred to the hospital because of hilar lymphadenopathy.She had been well until 10 days previously, when there was the onset of a sharp pain in the right side of the chest; during the next two days the pain shifted to the left shoulder and to the right parasternal area. An x-ray film of the chest was reported to show a mass in each hilar region.
