Abstract
The ejected electron spectrum of Cd vapour has been observed at 90 degrees to the direction of the incident electron beam. Spectra obtained at incident energies between 15 and 40 eV show multiplet structure not observed at higher energies, nor in ultraviolet absorption studies. A number of the multiplets have been assigned based on the calculation of Wilson (1968).Keywords
